International Kung Fu retreat near Beijing

October 13-19

You will learn:

  • 6 Healing Sounds
  • First set from Single Posture Cyclic Palm (Rooster Form)
  • Immortal Palm
  • Push Hands
  • Fighting and self-defense applications

We will practise for 6 hours a day, physically challenging training like push hands and fighting and self-defense applications will be accompanied with Qigong and Life nourishing methods to help the body regenerate faster, so you don't have to worry that you won't be able to make it through the day. We will pay special attention to beginners too.

Indicative Daily Schedule:

  • 06:00 to 7:00 Individual neigong practice (standing meditation - aka internal work)
  • 07:00 to 08:30 6 Healing Sounds, Immortal Palm
  • 08:30 to 09:30 Breakfast
  • 10:30 to 12:00 Rooster form and Fighting and self defense applications
  • 12:30 to 13:30 Lunch
  • 13:30 to 16:00 Free time
  • 16:00 to 19:00 Evening practice - Immortal palm, Rooster form, Push hands
  • 19:00 to 20:00 Dinner
Morning neigong practice is optional

Terms & Conditions

A 1500 RMB non-refundable deposit is required upon registration to secure your place, balance to be paid in full one month prior to arrival. Payments are transferable to a replacement attendee. 30 days or more prior to retreat date, your payments are refunded less 1500 RMB which is your non-refundable deposit. 29 days or less prior to retreat date, payments are not refundable.

This retreat, if for some unforeseen reason, is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a FULL refund (including the 1500 RMB deposit).

Accommodation Details

Retreat will be held in Beijing suburb areas. Accommodation is in shared rooms.

Arrival

Please arrive to Beijing on October 12th . We will stay in Beijing for the first night and go to retreat place October 13th early morning. If you need, we can assist you to book a hotel in Beijing.

Departure

We will officially close on October 19th afternoon and arrive to Beijing in the evening. If you need, we can assist you to book a hotel in Beijing.
